For BOOKPACK orders placed by the due date, Collection will be in accordance with the timeframe detailed on your order form. For orders placed online after the due date, please consult The Study Store for confirmation of Collection times.
5. Pricing Policy
All prices shown are inclusive of GST where applicable and in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
The Study Store reserves the right to adjust pricing on the website without notice. Any orders Finalised through the Checkout will be charged at the advertised price at the time of ordering and will not be affected by price changes between the checkout time and the delivery time.
6. Refund & Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, One Stop Stationery will offer you a refund provided that:
You return the item within 14 days of purchase
You produce your original receipt at the time you return the item
The item is in re-saleable condition including all Original packaging, Instruction Manuals & accessories
The Item is in its original condition and is unopened, unused & unworn
One Stop Stationery reserves the right to decline a refund should the returned item not suit the above conditions.
Items incorrectly supplied will be exchanged for the correct item providing that they are returned unopened & unused.
Please check that all items are correct before Marking with "NAME"
One Stop Stationery is happy to exchange items for like items should the colour provided not be suitable to the customer.
